Multiple Teams · Varsity takes win over Ennis

Tuesday night the varsity boys took the win over the Ennis Lions in overtime.

Coach Hamrick had this to say about the team following the win, “I’m really proud of our guys. They have worked extremely hard so I am very excited to see them come away with a win. We have done a great job defensively all year, we are turning our opponents over 20 times per game. Tonight, we showed some resilience and toughness in scoring the basketball off our turnovers that we created, that is growth. We were extremely efficient both offensively and defensively the last three minutes of the game and into the overtime. We look forward to building on that success as we head to Wichita Falls.

Efficient: 73% from the field and 100% from the foul line in the Overtime Period with many Defensive Stops.”

The next game is against Rider High School at the Multipurpose Events Center, Saturday, December 3, in Wichita Falls.
